After organising a structured process to track expenses by project and collect receipts from foremen, we focused on making invoicing and credit control more effective. This opened the door for a more in-depth discussion about strategic implementation, and the results achieved allowed us to propose a comprehensive Operations project.
The project encompasses the creation of standard operating procedures, structuring and improvement of processes in the HR and Compliance department, team management, and project management.
